Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via standard shipping and arrive within 25–35 business days from the date of order. Please note that delivery times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), not calendar days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@poollightsdirect.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
