Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or exposure to chemicals are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical components that have been installed or powered on
- Custom or special-order lighting products
- Items marked as final sale
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
