LED Pool Light Replacement for Hayward ColorLogic 4.0 - 10 Inch Niche

This light installs in the standard large 10 inch niche used by the Hayward ColorLogic 4.0, ColorLogic 2.5, and AstroLite, the Pentair IntelliBrite 5G and Architectural Series, the Pentair Amerlite, Sta-Rite, Jacuzzi brand, and the Jandy Pro Series large niche lights, with the same screw-at-top mounting and connection at your existing junction box. It also replaces Hayward Universal ColorLogic and CrystaLogic lights that were retrofitted into a standard large niche. No pool drain required, and most swaps take about 30 minutes.

If your existing fixture is 12V, select the 12VAC option for a direct swap. If your existing fixture is 120V the light fits your niche and runs directly on your existing circuit. Hayward tip: ColorLogic part numbers starting with SP0527 or SP0525 are 120V, while SP0524 and all Universal ColorLogic (LPCUS) and CrystaLogic (LPLUS, LPWUS) lights are low voltage. Not sure? Important niche check for Universal ColorLogic and CrystaLogic owners: Hayward's Universal ColorLogic and CrystaLogic lights install two different ways. If yours was retrofitted into a standard large 10 inch niche (Hayward SP0600 or SP0607 series, or a Pentair, Jandy, Sta-Rite, or Jacuzzi large niche), our light is a direct swap. If yours was installed in Hayward's small low profile all-plastic UCL niche (LFGUY1000 or LGGUY1000, common in newer construction), this 10 inch light will not fit that niche. The low profile niche is a compact, shallow housing sized only for the UCL light, while a standard large niche has a roughly 10 inch opening and a deep housing. Not sure which you have?
